A large project with multiple pieces and premium touches such as engravings, drawers, or hidden compartments can extend the timeline for many months, but the finished result is always worth the wait. We have a physical shop location, but unlike others in the furniture industry, we have chosen not to rent expensive retail space for a physical showroom. Our showroom is a virtual one, using pictures of finished client pieces, and we focus our financial resources on finding the rarest and most beautiful wood we can present to our customers.Ê

We will discuss your project at length to determine your wants and needs, and offer suggestions to help you in the creation of your design. Telephone consultations are always available free of charge. You will receive a written quote detailing your costs, including Texas state sales tax for Texas residents and any actual shipping charges.Ê

We always ask for 50% of the quoted price at the start of the project, and on large or extremely complex projects we may ask for a 25% intermediate payment along with the final 25% prior to delivery.

You are kept informed during the project in the manner you prefer, via email, phone or postal communication. We can email (or mail) you pictures of your individual item(s) at different stages of the creative process, and we will ALWAYS notify you if any problem arises during the project.Ê
